Summary: | This study is aimed to describe the specific of fiqh tradition for Ahmad Rifa’i’s tenets. In fact, this tradition has been different in its paradigm. Some fiqh traditions which has been changed, i.e. (1) tajdīdun nikāh tradition. It is caused by believing factor of jemaah Rifa’iyah to present goverment althought part of them still doing tajdīdun nikāh tradition. Marriage in comunitee of Rifa’iyah in Tanahbaya should not be with the same followers of jemaah Rifa’iyah. The followers of Rifa’iyah is unconjugal in marriage with any body. They are free to mary with anybody. The essential things are he/she is moslem. (2) Qada mubdarah, namely qada which is done immediately. Commonly, qada mubdarah is done in fast month (Ramadan), namely in salat tarawih and done collectively. But, nowdays, it is done indivually and they can do it any time, must not in Ramadan. (3) Jemaah of Rifa’iyah in Tanahbaya do not make compulsory to their comunitee for doing prayer in mosque of Rifa’iyah only. Even, they are able to be followers of religious leader in prayer out of Rifa’iyah comunitee. (4) Woman is permitted to receive man guest. The change of receiving man guest is caused by social intercourse. But, substantively, if a woman is receiving a man guest, she should be accompanied by her muhrim. Nowdays, this tenet has been changed, many women are not accompanied by their muhrims when they are receiving male guest. |
