The model of the protection of rights concerning financial institutions and their clients in the field of the EU financial supervision

The purpose of this article is to consider the EU system of protection of rights of a broadly understood financial institutions and users of financial services. A comprehensive description of client protection would considerably exceed the framework of this paper. Nevertheless, the author addresses two issues: firstly, a model of verification concerning financial market decisions, which was adopted by the EU and, secondly, a normative position of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) in the EU legal system. It essential to show a relationship between the European Supervisory Authorities and the CJEU, as well as the practice heretofore regarding an application of the law within the scope of this article.
