Spinning FlexHD canaloplasty following parotidectomy: A case report
The common method of external auditory canal (EAC) reconstruction is using a split thickness skin graft. We describe a case of a unique method of ear canal reconstruction using a spinning FlexHD graft. Using allograft allows a decrease in donor site morbidity and also a thicker graft for a more robu...

A FlexHD graft was used to resurface the bony ear and a posterior meatoplasty was performed to approximate the constructed ear canal with the anterior canal skin. In the process of wound closure, a brisk bleed developed that required embolization.
