Summary:Based on the analysis of numerous materials, it is shown that geochemical and hydrodynamic inhomogeneities associated with the unstable state of the earth’s crust are determined by multi-channel ways of entering components into them. The absence of identity of hydroeffects from one earthquake to another in the system «atmospheric and space processes-groundwater-earthquakes»is influenced by indices of 11-year cycles of solar activity and technical regulation of wells flow rate.
