Description
Summary:Entrepreneurship is usually associated with younger people, such as those aged 18-40. A great opportunity that could benefit Romania as EU support is to focus on middle-aged entrepreneurs over 40 years. In order to accomplish this research, we have conducted a comparative between the characteristics of young people and the middle-aged determining entrepreneurial behaviour in Romania and who want to open a start-up. For this purpose, we have considered applying questionnaires for the two target groups. One of Romania's responsibilities towards young entrepreneurs and the second-age entrepreneurs at the start-up level is related to the increase in the number of entrepreneurial programs at national level by attracting EU funds, reducing the bureaucratic system, but also by providing facilities tax policy that makes the entrepreneur no longer burdened.
