Resection of giant lumbosacral schwannoma: Case report
Schwannoma is a relatively common benign spinal cord; however, giant schwannoma is an uncommon pathology, especially the giant lumbosacral schwannoma of the cauda equina. In this report, we present a rare case of giant lumbosacral schwannoma of the cauda equina.
