Through the analysis of the data, it can be concluded that the air quality of Urumqi in winter is poor and the concentration of pollutants is high. The energy control during the closing period played a positive role in pollutant emission reduction and effectively improved the quality of atmospheric environment.https://www.e3s-conferences.org/articles/e3sconf/pdf/2021/13/e3sconf_arfee2021_01037.pdf
