In the survey of 152 business managers from the seafood companies in the Mekong Delta provinces and Southern focal economic areas in Vietnam, collected data sets are used to build the trade barrier measurement scale and check assumptions. The results indicate that, except for the promotion barrier, the barriers of product, price, distribution, and logistics have a significant negative impact on export performance.
