The mini pumps are commonly used in some household electrical appliances, automobile etc. Some pumping applications is required two outlet ports. The use of two pumps in such a case brings high costs. Instead, pumping on two different lines with a single pump provides both a more compact design and lower cost, if the system is available. In this study, it is aimed to design a single-suction and double-outlet pump by using a single electric motor. For this purpose, a conceptual design for the pump has been proposed and design parameters which have an effect on the pump performance have been determined. Pump performance have been calculated by using the ANSYS Fluent, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) code considering to multiphase flow, and optimization studies have been performed with the determined parameters. The pumps have been obtained by the optimization works have been manufactured and tested to investigate whether the pumps provide the expected operating conditions and performances.
