For this reason, the author highlights the factual and social process that leads to the judgment, the animal issue to which it corresponds, and performs a review of the behavior by the public civil service regarding the protection of animals, while emphasizing the commendable work of the public prosecution in this matter.https://revistes.uab.cat/da/article/view/168
