The research was conducted with a quantitative approach, aiming to obtain the vision of equipment manufacturers, about the organizational factors that contribute to the innovation process. The convenience sample comprised 46 electro-medical manufacturers. It was applied a multivariate analysis, the factorial analysis, that indicated the presence of six factors, explaining 80,6% of total variance. The two most representative factors were “liberty and compromise” and “recognition and interaction” which represented, respectively,47% and 9% of total variance.https://periodicos.ufsc.br/index.php/adm/article/view/7930inovaçãofatores organizacionaisequipamentos eletro-médicos
