Amino Acid Derivatives of Ligustrazine-Oleanolic Acid as New Cytotoxic Agents

A series of novel ligustrazine-oleanolic acid (TOA) derivatives were designed, and synthesized by conjugating amino acids to the 3-hydroxy group of TOA by ester bonds.
