KINETICS OF HYDROLYSIS OF TRIBUTYRIN BY LIPASE
Kinetics of the enzymatic hydrolysis of tributyrin using lipase has been investigated. The initial rate of reaction was determined experimentally at different substrate concentration by measuring the rate of butyric acid produced.
