Description
Summary:The article is a constitutive part of my doctorate thesis which busied itself in showing that violence, an exclusive human action and as old as the initial act of mankind, represents only, in the capital system, one among thousands of commodities that put themselves disposable on the shelves of the merchant world. Under different intensity and shapes, violence is found implicitly or categorically spilled in multiple human creative expressions, such as art, religion, literature, politics and history. It’s a product that seems to contradict the market laws: the more plentiful it is, the more profitable it seems to be.
