These 3 cases underwent surgery to clear up the focus of infection, supplemented by antifungal drugs or antibiotic therapy. Case 1 and Case 2 were followed up for 2 years without CSF rhinorrhea or intracranial infection; Case 3 died due to multiple organ failure.
