This paper made a corresponding improvement on influence of temperature on the performance of the time-domain temperature sensor circuits. According to the qualitative relationship between temperature coefficient and size of transistors, the aspect ratio of the transistors in sensing part is improved to increase its temperature coefficient. Besides, a current mirror for temperature compensation is added to the ring oscillator of TDC(Time-to-Digital Converter) and the parameters of inverters are adjusted so that the temperature drift of TDC is near zero at the chosen temperature range. The method reduces the total power consumption and power density of the circuit, thereby reducing the performance loss caused by self-heating and self-heating of the circuit. |
