It is based in bibliographical research,costume analysis and interview. It is discussed howthese artefacts are noticed and interpreted in theinternal and external relations to the professionalsand the use of the uniform as a contradictoryform of homogenization and of a distinction of socialclasses. It concludes that for the company, thiscostume represents a group of concepts, statementsand explanations; it is interpreted as derived of theidentity of the area.
