The characteristic signs of Hennekam syndrome are lymphangiectasia, lymph edema, facial anomalies, and mental retardation. This is a case in which a patient presented with left-arm lymphedema, facial-feature anomalies, and multiple organ lymphangiectasia consistent with symptoms of Hennekam syndrome.
