Upon examination and deliberation, he found that the defendant (A.F.A) denied that he committed the crime during the investigation and the trial and there is no evidence against him except the statement of the complainant and the record of the diagnosis. Since the record of the diagnosis does not add evidence, but it is part of the certificate and that one certificate cannot be accepted evidence of the conviction and cause of the provision pursuant to the provisions of Article 213 (b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and that the representative of the General Company for passenger transport has not a certificate on how to commit the crime based on the provisions of Article 259 / A / 6 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, he decided to revoke all the decisions issued in the case, cancel the charge and release the defendant and release him from prison unless he is required for another crime and notify the said department. 22 / Shawwal / 1426H corresponding to 24/11/2005.
