There are potential active sedimentation that will be covered the river mouth and blocked the flow of fishing boat if there is no any intervention. This issue can be solved by building jetty or dredging the estuarine. Jetty construction was chosen because of the long term circumstances. The jetty constructions at the Lambada Lhok estuary gives an impact of coastal morphological change which is influenced by waves and currents. Its process could be investigated by performing a Delft3D numerical simulation. Simulation of coastal morphological changes was carried out with two scenarios, scenario 1 with the jetty construction and scenario 2 without the jetty. This simulation using 4 winds directions there are West, Northeast, Northwest, and North. The jetties dimension according to the design planning. The result shows that in scenario 1 the highest water level is 0.6 m and the lowest water level is 0.6 m. The highwater level for scenario 2, the highest value is 0.7 m, and the lowest is 0.6 m. Sedimentation that occurs due to jetty construction reaches 334 m along the jetty and erosion occurs reaches 90 m along the coastline to the right side of the Lambada Lhok estuary.
