Summary: | Unemployment problems cover all areas of society and the agricultural market infrastructure in particular. Unemployment, as a social and economic phenomenon that prevents a part of the population from exercising their right to work in order to receive remuneration as a source of livelihood and satisfaction of their own needs, is dangerous depending on the line of residence in the status of an unemployed person at the individual level. A significant part of workers involved in the production infrastructure sectors of the agricultural market, associated with the cultivation of crops remain socially unprotected for about 5-6 months, which is associated with the specifics of the industry. A range of dangers caused by long-term unemployment, includes depression; increased feelings of social isolation, growth of apathy, increasing of excitability and aggression; loss of experience and professional skills of people who are unemployed; mass migration due to social, economic and political aspects.
