However, in Vietnam this service has only been created within a few years and has not developed due to many reasons such as technolgical shortage, low credibility and the habit of employing traditional office. This research concentrates on analysing elements affecting the idea of renting virtual offices in Ho Chi Minh city (HCMC) of small and medium sized enterprises. Both qualitative and quantitative methodologies are included. Analysis is proceeded by Cronbach’s Alpha credibility index testing, EFA exploratory components analysing and multiple linear regression analysing. The researching model is based on theoretical base and results of the qualitative research. The results of the research identified 4 elements affecting the intention of renting virtual offices in the perspective order which are: (1) cost, (2) location, (3) flexibility and (4) technological applicability.
