The article analyses the report of the Federal Prosecutor's Office on its actions in this regard during the last few years. The cases analysed reflect the continued reluctance of the judiciary to comply with the judgment of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, which makes it possible to proceed to analyse the arguments used by the federal prosecutor's office and by the courts.
