This study aims to analyze the sensitivity of the mode selection model which explains the probability of choosing a BRT against aprivate vehicles if a BRT is presented in the Central Business District of Pontianak City. The mode selection method uses the Stated Preferences Technique in the form of a quetionnaire which is analyzed by multiple linear regression to obtain a utility equation. Based on the results of the sensitivity analysis of the mode selection model, the probability value of selecting BRT is 21,7%, if it is in conditions where the difference in the attributes offacilities and comfort (X1) is -10, this means that there are no facilities and conveniences of BRTsuch as private vehicles, thesecond is the difference in  thewaiting time attribute (X2) which is 15 minutes, the third condition is the difference in travel costs attribute (X3) namely Rp 0,- and the fourth condition is the difference in travel time attribute (X4), which is 10 minutes To increase the probability of choosing a BRT to 60%, it can be done by increasing the difference between the facilities and comfort attributes to 0 (zero), which means there is no difference in facilities and comfort that BRT has with private vehicles such as the availability of air conditioning, free WIFI, clean, fragrant, having a bag storage area  and others. This is because the most sensitive attributes compared to other attributes are facilities and comfort attributes.   Keywords:Mode selection, BRT, sensitivity   Abstrak   Jenis moda angkutan umum BRT mulai diterapkan secara resmi di Kota Pontianak untuk mengatasi kemacetan. Permasalahannya adalah banyak pelaku perjalanan lebih memilih menggunakan kendaraan pribadi daripada kendaraan umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sensitivitas model pemilihan moda yang menjelaskan probabilitas pemilihan BRT terhadap Kendaraan Pribadi jika dihadirkan BRT di Kawasan Central Business District Kota Pontianak. Metode pemilihan moda menggunakan Teknik Stated Preference berbentuk kuesioner yang dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda untuk mendapatkan persamaan utilitas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis sensitivitas model pemilihan moda, nilai probabilitas terpilihnya BRT adalahsebesar 21,7%, jika berada pada kondisi dimana selisih atribut fasilitas dan kenyamanan (X1) yaitu -10 hal ini berarti bahwa tidak tersedianya fasilitas dan kenyamanan BRT seperti Kendaraan Pribadi, kondisi kedua adalah selisih atribut waktu tunggu (X2) yaitu 15 menit, kondisi ketiga adalah selisih atribut biaya perjalanan (X3) yaitu Rp 0,-dan kondisi yang keempat adalah selisih atribut waktu tempuh (X4) yaitu 10 menit. Untuk meningkatkan probabilitas terpilihnya BRT menjadi 60% dapat dilakukan dengan menaikan selisih atribut fasilitas dan kenyamanan menjadi 0 (nol) yang artinya tidak ada perbedaan fasilitas dan kenyamanan yang dimiliki BRT dengan Kendaraan Pribadi sepertitersedianya AC, WIFI gratis, bersih, wangi, memiliki tempat penyimpanan tas dan lain-lain.
