Summary:On the basis of comparison of hierarchical structure of the so-called «strong» properties of personality, selected by the newest questionnaire of «Value in operations» [?. Selingman, ?. Pe­terson, N. Park, 2004], on a selection 125 teachers causal connection is set between positive lines personalities which are formed under act of value «wisdom» and «humanity», and by the level of emotional burning down of teacher. It is well-proven that a leading role in warning of the emotional burning down of teacher is played by the level of his cognitive capabilities and competence in execution a basic function are translations of knowledges, - and provides psychological prosperity of teacher and his humanity.
