Summary: | The development of innovation enhancing learning achievement of schools with
the application of the Educational Supervision Clinique in coaching and mentoring under
the Office of Nakhonphanom Primary Education service area 2 had the following purposes
which were: 1) to develop and specify the achievement goal of developing the innovation
for enhancing the learning achievement of schools, 2) to develop the potential of teachers and educational staffs in enhancing learning achievement of schools with the application
of the ESC in coaching and mentoring, 3) to follow and enhance learning achievement of
schools, 4) to create and develop the professional learning community. The target area
were nine voluntary schools continuously participated in this project. There was researcher,
co-researcher, and participants in the total number of 47 people. The research and
development and participatory action research were employed as a research methodology
though the application of the seven steps of the ESC in coaching and mentoring which
activities were 4 sections. Tools used in the research are 1) Learning’s kit to enhance the
achievement, 2) Recording practices ; Before Action Review, During action review (DAR)
and After Action Review the operation,3) test results have full confidence equals 0.84 and
4) satisfaction questionnaire ; there is full confidence value equal to 0.92
The results revealed that:
1) there was a specifying the target and roles of the researcher and co-researcher
in terms of memorandum of cooperation with the networking schools, 2) the results of the
overall development of the potential of teachers and school administrators were: (1) the
results of efficiency of both activities and tests were 90.96 / 81.02 which was higher than
the committed standard 80 / 80, (2) the index of effectiveness after training was higher
than before training which was 0.7480 showing the increase of knowledge of 74.80%,
(3) the mean score of after training was significantly higher than before on at the level of
0.01, and 4) the durability of knowledge after learning for 2 weeks had the different mean
score. 3) the follow up the organization of co-researcher the both before and after action.
They have changed in the both of knowledge practicing and feeling. They have got
experiences techniques and the process of Professional Learning Community and the ESC
4) the Professional Learning Community building start up with 1) collaboration of teacher
administrator educational administrator supervisor and universal educator, 2) studying and
analyzing the information, 3) specifying target and indicator of success, 4) Planning and
building up the network by using the school based management in school ,school group center 5) Designing learning and presenting, and 6) trying out the innovation after the
ESC actions until they have had confident to serve coaching and mentoring to co-teachers
and they have a group interactions with a suitable group management, and 7) researcher
sharing the ESC in school and school Network. |
