The author analyzed the influence by various factors, which imposed on the voting citizens’ activity. It is found out, that the readiness to participate in the referendum was to a lesser extent determined by financial position, social well-being, precise perception of social problems or attitude towards state authorities, than by notions about who was most interested in integrating, and expectations of possible changes in their private lives.
