Displaying anthropological cutoff value held in Russia transformations in terms of maintaining a multiethnic state. Anthropological analysis of the legal reform in the Russian Federation are in perspective the implementation of the principle of separation of powers and checks and balances, democratic political regime, the proclamation of human rights and its highest value, the implementation of indigenous peoples’ rights, the recognition of legal custom source of law.
