Serologic examination including enzyme–linked immunosorbent assay and Western blot was positive for Lyme borreliosis. Patient was treated with doxycycline for four weeks, with good results. Although it is difficult to confirm diagnosis of Lyme disease in our patients, we should be aware that Lyme borreliosis is also found in Iran. http://journals.tums.ac.ir/PdfMed.aspx?pdf_med=/upload_files/pdf/3002.pdf&manuscript_id=3002Erythema migransserologic testsLyme disease
