Summary: | The blast furnace needs to continuously improve of thermal efficiency so as to achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction. By collecting a large amount of field data, the isolated point removal strategy of isolated point is introduced to carry out preprocessing, and the semi-supervised clustering algorithm is adopted to optimize the combustion control process of the blast furnace. This method has been verified by experiments, compared with the traditional data preprocessing strategy, the energy saving effect is obvious. |
