Summary:The paper describes the methodology used in selecting a location for the congress centre in Zagreb, based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process [AHP]. Delphi method was used to define parameters, criteria, and weight ratios for the analysis of physical parameters, land ownership, prescribed conservation, transport and tourism resources. The evaluation conducted proved adequate for the task and deemed useful for evaluating spatial resources and strategic projects.
