Description
Summary:The relevance of the problem of adaptation of freshmen to the conditions of the university is determined by the fact that interest in the younger generation as the main category of the population that has high potential for an entrepreneurial change in the socio-economic and socio-political situation in the country has now increased. Since most of the youth are engaged in educational activities, it is advisable to pay particular attention to studying the creative potential of a modern student, his purposeful movement towards future professional activities. The main incentive for students to participate in social activities is to expand their circle of friends. They also strive to bring themselves to society, to be an active, significant part of it. The motive for choosing this particular type of activity, as can be seen from the results of numerous studies, is often the need for communication with people who have similar interests and hobbies. In this regard, the article discusses the moral and psychological portrait of a modern student, analyzes the process of students' adaptation to the conditions of the university, and the features of the formation of professional mobility. Attention is drawn to the interpersonal interaction of students, factors of an emotional and subjective nature that influence the course of the entire educational and cognitive activity of students. Student activity begins with the first course. Much depends on successful adaptation to the student’s learning conditions at the university, which, in turn, affects the development of the student’s personality as a future specialist in his chosen field and as a citizen of his country. Adaptation to student life is always associated not only with entry into a new social environment, but also with the development of our own relations with society and the processes taking place in it.
