Donor Descemet Membrane Preparation for Descemet Membrane Endothelial Keratoplasty (DMEK) – Review of current techniques
Compared to DSAEK, preparation of donor DM (Descemet membrane) is surgically challenging and has a steep learning curve. In this article we discuss the various techniques of harvesting donor DM for DMEK surgery which have evolved over the past nine years for better surgical outcome.
