Pemikiran ini memang sangat sesuai dengan kebutuhan hukum masyarakat Indonesia. Pancasila menjadi batasan yang mutlak bagi kekuasaan kehakiman dalam melakukan penafsiran sehingga penemuan hukum benar-benar terarah sesuai dengan cita-cita bangsa Indonesia.</p>http://mimbar.hukum.ugm.ac.id/index.php/jmh/article/view/260
