Description
Summary:Since its origins, Brazilian Cordel Literature (chapbooks) was used as a news channel and as a means to discuss current political events in specific formats. Brazilian politics have always had priority in these texts. On an international level, texts on the United States always had a place of privilege. Since his election as president, several critical texts about Donald Trump were produced, particularly with regard to immigrants, his plan to build a wall at the border with Mexico as well as his rhetoric.
