Summary:This text aims to rescue the contributions of Political Semiology proposed by Luis Alberto Warat. This text was structured in six parts. The text begins with the presentation of the linguistic turn of philosophy. Then it analyzes the main concepts of this philosophical perspective and verifies their incorporation into legal theory. In a fourth part it presents the Political Semiology, as a result, it highlights the concept of theoretical common sense of lawyers . The method used in the preparation of this text was the hypothetical-deductive one and the applied technique was bibliography research.
