Description
Summary:In this essay, I will present how modern and contemporary scientists have thought of unpredictability and the ways in which it has been and can be addressed in the empirical and social sciences. For science, nature consists of dynamic dissipative systems, which know the transitions to nonlinear states, to temporary chaos. In the political reality, the predictability window is short, and the most important quality of a political leader is to propose short-term projects and adjust them quickly according to circumstances.
