Kuchina0Yaroslavl State Pedagogical University named after K.D. UshinskyThe review deals with two books united by the common theme – investigation of the subject sphere of contemporary Russian poetry. The collective monograph and the special issue of the “Russian Literature” comprise articles of Russian and foreign scholars – participants of the joint project of V. V. Vinogradov Russian Language Institute and the Institute of Linguistics of the Russian Academy of Sciences and Trier University (Germany). The authors analyze the theoretical approaches to studying subject structures of the lyric text represented in the papers of H. Stahle and W. Weststeijn and explore the research algorithms of the “split subject” and the description of the methods of “dispersing and reassembling” the lyric subject and the features of its deictic representation. The review demonstrates the effectiveness of research approaches that take into account social, cultural, historico-literary, and, finally, everyday contexts of modern poetry, outside which experimental texts remain misunderstood (for example, the verses consisting of one letter or a punctuation mark by G. Lukomnikov). The analysis of the articles shows that the era of “the death of the author” has passed and that the issue of the subject as a philological problem has come to the fore and requires careful study.https://filclass.ru/en/archive/2020/vol-25-3/liricheskij-subekt-v-sovremennoj-russkoj-poezii-problemy-i-perspektivy-izucheniya-retsenziya-na-izdaniya-subekt-v-novejshej-russkoyazychnoj-poezii-teoriya-i-praktika-2contemporary russian poetrylyric subjectlyric characterlyric “ego”, author.
