Special attention is paid to the managerial culture formation theory and its influence on the entrepreneurial and strategic management combination . The main idea of the presented work is an evolutionary approach to effective management principles classification in relation to business activities carried out within self-organizing micro-level systems. Their developmental gene, as shown in the work, is the management culture, its formation is the subject of this study.
