| Summary: | We think that the approach of such subject presents without a doubt a scientific interest, in the context of the legal amendments brought by the new criminal law. In the form of a monographic study, the article is dedicated to analysing the complementary penalty of publishing the final conviction decision, in case of the natural person as well as of the legal one, by reference to the provisions of the Criminal Code, but also to the incidental laws. As we are talking about the introduction of new complementary punishments, which haven't been previously mentioned in the criminal doctrine, but also about amendments in relation to the content, the application and performance of the complementary punishments, we tried to overcome this void by presenting some personal idea in relation to the new regulations. |
