Description
Summary:This paper reviewed the clinical data of a hepatocellular carcinoma (BCLC stage A) patient with hepatitis C virus-related cirrhosis, cavernous transformation of the portal vein and portal hypertension, and summarized the nursing management for enhanced recovery after liver transplantation. Pre-rehabilitation interventions such as risk assessment, nutritional care and infection prevention were carried out after hospital admission. After surgery, a bundle strategy in prevention of rejection reaction, bacterial infection, fungal infection, virus infection and coagulation was carried out. Nursing management, discharge instruction and follow-up education were carried out based on the theory of enhanced recovery after surgery.
