Summary:This study aims to find out factors affecting green consumption intentions of consumers in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC). Preliminary qualitative method and official quantitative method are used in this study. The result shows 5 factors: (1) environmental awareness, (2) environmental concern, (3) altruism, (4) social influence, (5) and perceived consumer effectiveness -PCE of green consumption intentions. Besides, the study also finds out the differences of green consuming intentions between consumers categorized by income and academic levels
