Orange wheat blossom midge, Sitodiplosis mosellana (Géhin) (Dipt., Cecidomyidae), on wheat in Finland
Sitodiplosis mosellana has been found for the first time infesting wheat in Finland. In the wheat field studied, the egg laying period was in mid July, and the larvae left the ears in mid August.
