Peak inspiratory maximal pressure (PImax) and peak expiratory maximal pressure (PEmax) were evaluated at before and after exercise for 6 weeks (3 times per week). Results: PImax and PEmax were increased significantly after exercise with Nintendo Wii compared with those before exercise (p=0.003).Conclusion: The result suggests that exercise with dance game of Nintendo Wii for 6 weeks can improve strength of respiratory muscles in women with obesity.   Bull Chiang Mai Assoc Med Sci 2016; 49(2): 370-376.
