Description
Summary:We present a case of an orbital mass confirmed as Castleman disease (CD) with the histopathological and immunohistochemical review. CD in the orbit is uncommon and has been seldom reported. The case we present justifies the review due to the abnormal location and clinical presentation. Variety of the differential diagnoses that can arise from an orbital mass with these characteristics are also discussed.
