Description
Summary:This paper addresses the problem of estimation of the population distribution function in the presence of non response which may be useful for data analysis in socio-economic surveys. We have proposed some enhanced difference and ratio type estimators using the information on two auxiliary variables in two well defined situations of non response. We derive the expressions of bias and mean square error of the proposed estimators to the first order approximation. In the empirical study it has been shown that the proposed estimators perform better than other estimators which are constructed using one auxiliary variable. A simulation study is also carried out in support of this work.
