Within the framework of the Theory of the Predicative and Enunciative Operations, these concepts are conceived as the result of the operations of identification and differentiation. These operations can be linked to different parameters, such as the point of view, the qualitative properties, and the relationships between the notion and its occurrences. The verbs of similarity taken into consideration show particularities in this respect.
