Description
Summary:The objective of this paper was to evaluate the sustainability performance in a credit cooperative in the state of Paraná in the view of managers. We used the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) and concepts and practices related to credit cooperativism. Regarding the methodology, this research considered applied nature with quantitative approach. The results show that the cooperative, in the view of the researched managers, tends to present sustainability performance in relation to TBL, characterized in actions, indicators and management processes, but with opportunities for improvement. The research indicates that in the researched credit cooperative, a higher average of responses in the economic pillar followed by the social and, finally, the environmental pillar, that is, the equilibrium in TBL was not obtained as would be the ideal situation to become a competitive differential of organizational sustainability.
