Problems of social success as the complex scientific problem demanding for the resolution the interdisciplinary approach are considered. Is social-philosophical viewing of success and success models is presented as the specific shape of the social discourse guessing study behavioral expert, formativing the up-to-date person. The basic phylums of social success are categorised. The urgency of is social-philosophical examination of success, models of social success, phylums of the successful person is etc. caused by numerous factors. First of all it is processes of a westernisation and modernisation of the up-to-date Ukrainian society, especially appreciable in a youth environment. Liberally-democratic ideas and rates economic and a social behaviour become more and more actual as a whole and demand for the judgement of the conforming philosophical discourse. Philosophical viewing of a discourse of social success as a multi-level and multiplace social and is social-psychological phenomenon, guesses use of the interdisciplinary approach, guessing viewing of the various legs of social success, for example, success examination as the psychologic phenomenon, including study of motivating of reaching, motivating of avoiding of failure, the psychologic installations bound to self-development and self-actualisation. Such understanding of social success is bound first of all by that last is many-dimensional. It takes place in all fields of ability to live of the subject where are available personality the significant purposes and it is possible to estimate driving process to them. Social success represents one of important types of success. It is an assessment of progression of the individual to a desired place in social space within the limits of some social frame. Therefore the success should be viewed as well as the significant social appearance concerning forming of social roles, to various measure and models of social stratification that the expert expresses different means at all levels social, psychologic, speech and mental. A matter of principle is also viewing of a discourse and a success expert at various levels of socialisation and acclimatisation of the person, forming of social stereotypes and the models of behaviour formativing social responsibility, ensuring successful and conflict-free incorporation in various assemblages and social frames. Is social-philosophical experts of success represent the complicated system of various world outlook, speech, mental factors and events in life of the various professional, age and subcultural bunches producing assessments under different visual angles, from positions of various social installations and identity in what the social philosophy of success expresses. In the course of forming social an expert (both in daily, and in an institutional discourse) are shaped also theoretical ideas success: instrumental, is social-philosophical, is social-psychological, world outlook, historical and cultural, etc., characterising thereby various systems of a social discourse. Examination is social-philosophical the success expert shows the real complexity and ambiguity of the given appearance. Besides the presented typology constructed as the most approximate abstract plan, in each separate case probably build-up of typological models according to a principle ad hoc. It looks quite justified, considering that circumstance that representations about success and the successful person are constantly transformed and acquire new performances. Efficiency of the further examinations of a discourse and a success expert will depend on accepting of new heuristic approaches, capable to consider multidimensionality and ambiguity of the given phenomenon.
