Summary:There were studied the clinical and laboratory peculiarities of аseptic meningitis in 341 children. It was found out that meningeal symptoms can’t serve as the strong diagnostic criterion because of their low informativeness. The triad of the clinical symptoms: fever, headache, cyclic vomiting are the indications for lumbar puncture, even with the negative meningeal symptoms.
